4. REMOVAL OF ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING CONTENT

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

6. RESTORATION OF CONTENT

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to prevent restoration.

7. REPEAT INFRINGERS

We may terminate the accounts or purchasing privileges of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any copyright-infringing content uploaded by third parties. Our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
